Fabric and bias tape are cut to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these products. However, please do contact us if there is any issue with your order, we will work with you to resolve it. Please check all yardages prior to cutting. Products that have been cut, washed or used in any way are not returnable for any reason.

Product arrived defective or missing yardage can be returned for a full refund. Please contact us with the description and photo of the damage and we will provide a shipping label for your return. Upon receiving the product, we will issue your refund.
