We try to take good photos and give detailed description to provide accurate representation of the product. Please understand that due to different computer or phone screen resolution, colors may appear different to actual products.

Our products are cut or made to order, therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these products. However, please do contact us if there is any issue with your order, we will work with you to resolve it. Please check all yardages prior to cutting. Products that have been cut, washed or used in any way are not returnable for any reason.

Product arrived defective or missing yardage can be returned for a full refund. Please contact us with the description and photo of the damage and we will provide a shipping label for your return. Upon receiving the product, we will issue your refund.

Cancelation of open orders are subjected to 30% restocking fees if order is already processed (i.e. some or all fabrics in the order have already been cut). 

We do not accept exchanges.
